NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW FAMILIES AT THIS TIME. With respect to the health of my clients, and myself, I do not work with contagious kids/families for occasional bookings, I'll only consider sick care for longer term jobs. Hi parents! I'm described by parents as reliable, responsible, engaging, energetic with an ability to keep up with energetic kids, while having a calming, and patient demeanor. Healthy living, fit, active, non-smoker **Background & Availability:** I am native to the Bay Area, with a 25-years in childcare, in daycare, preschool, and nanny rolls. **My Childcare Philosophy:** I am a career nanny who views childcare as a calling, inspired by assisting my mother, an in-home childcare provider. Known for my warm, kind, and nurturing approach, I blend patience, gentleness, affection, and fun while still maintaining healthy boundaries with kids, all to help create an environment that encourages growth and happiness. **Engagement & Activities:** I am a believer in the magic of meaningful engagement. I steer clear of distractions, focus on interactive play, age-appropriate activities, and enriching experiences. Whether it's outdoor adventures, snuggling up with books, musical exploration, movement, or arts and crafts, I like to make every moment count to create a well-rounded and enriching experience. **Education & Experience:** My early childhood education is extensive, nearing completion of an associate teaching certificate. My experience is versatile, gained over many years of working with newborns, infants, toddlers, and early school-age children, occasionally extending to older age groups. I am an active member of the International Nanny Association, having attending their annual conferences for ten years, just one of the ways I prioritize keeping current with the latest childcare practices. **Professional Qualifications/Health and Safety:** - International Nanny Association Credentialed Nanny - Newborn Care Specialist trained - Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified (renewed regularly) - COVID vaccinated and up-to-date with immunizations for the 2024/25 season (flu yearly, tdap in 2021 due every 10 years). -Negative TB test -Safe driver -TrustLine registered If you are searching for a highly experienced, and loving nanny for your little ones, I would love to connect!

Hi, my name is Shirley and I’m a 39yr old female. I’m offering child care, after school/activities, crafts, household services, and walks to the park would be great. I’m an event planner. I’ve been in the bay for about 20yrs and currently living in San Francisco. I love kids and animals. I enjoy working out, traveling, taking care of my indoor plants, and spend time with family and friends on my free time. I’m pretty responsive to keeping you updated with your kids. I like to keep things clean and organized. Depending on my schedule, I’m free on weekends and certain holidays. Currently part-time with another family. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Hello my name is Katie I am a native San Franciscan I will be returning to school to pursue a degree in nursing (hopefully to eventually work in pediatrics) after working in public accounting for the last few years. I started babysitting while I was a teenager and continued through college and beyond. I spent a year in Spain as an au pair living with a family and taking care of their two girls. I have experience with newborns, teenagers and every age in between. Outside of working, I enjoy traveling the world and being outdoors. In the last few years I have completed 121km (74 miles) of the Camino de Santiago, seen Machu Picchu and will be exploring South East Asia in the summer of 2026. Please feel free to reach out to me if you think I would be a great fit for your family!

“Katie was super responsive to my request for some help with my sick kiddos. She was punctual and had great communication leading up to her arrival. She hung out with my kiddos, colored, read books and played games to keep them occupied during their sick day so I could get work done. Looking forward to hiring Katie again soon!”

Hi my name is Jaime. I’m currently a paraeducator at a high school school in the San Francisco Unified School District. I am offering child services. I love working with kids and I have experience with kids with disabilities for 3 years. I have a decade of experience working with infants and toddlers. I feel comfortable working with pets, I have a cat myself. I can help out around the household. I’m detail oriented, patient and caring.

“Jaime is amazing! We have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and they both love him and he’s so great with them. We work weird hours some days so it’s hard to find someone that’s reliable, but he’s perfect! He’s on top of their napping/sleep schedule, their eating schedule, he makes sure they brush their teeth and go potty before bed, the list goes on. They’re so energetic and he so patient with them and knows how to keep them entertained! The kids always look forward to him babysitting. We have nothing but great things to say about him!”

Hi I’m Layci and I have been an educator for over 10 years and working as an elementary school teacher for the past 8 years teaching 1st-6th grades. I have been a nanny and babysitter for families all around the Bay Area for over 14 years. I have experience with newborns, infants, toddlers and children with special needs. I have helped families as a night nanny and with various medical needs as well. I love animals and have grown up around cats, dogs, geckos, hamsters and bunnies. I also have my own urban outdoor garden and love indoor plants as well. I am reliable, confident, and fun. I am firm but warm and while I set boundaries, I also adhere and defer to family expectations and dynamics. I love working with kids and enjoy being able to create engaging and fun activities. I will engage in imaginative play, arts and crafts, and science experiments. I can cook and help with light clean up. I have references upon request, and happy to provide a cell number if you are interested in talking more. I can’t wait to get to know your family!

“Layci was great! She came well prepared with activities and my daughter had so much fun with her.”
