Hi! My name is Isabel, I’m 25 years old and grew up in the Burbank area as part of a close-knit family of five. I’ve been around children for as long as I can remember and have hands-on experience caring for kids between the ages of 1 to 10 years old. I especially enjoy working with children ages 1 to 5, as I believe this is a crucial time in their development—and I love being part of their growth, learning, and joy during these early years. I’m trilingual in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL), which I’ve found can be a fun and engaging way to help children learn to communicate in different ways. I’m also a recent graduate from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). In addition to childcare, I love staying active, doing arts and crafts, baking, and going on walks. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can express themselves, explore, and thrive.
“Isabel is my son’s best friend! She’s an amazing nanny and i highly recommend her!!! ”
My name is Alexandra and I am 27 years old. From a very young age I have attracted and been surrounded by children, but my first paid experience in the US began two years ago, when I decided to travel to this country as an au pair and experienced a cultural exchange. I developed new skills with infants and toddlers, sleep training, meal prep, motor development, crafts, sensory activities, baby milestones and much more (considering I lived with them). I believe that children feed your soul, strengthen your personality, patience, discipline and dedication and that is why I love working with them. I'm CPR and first aid certified. I'd describe my personality as kind, bright and optimistic, and I'm looking for a job that provides me stability and a good atmosphere. I will be available the first week of October and I am located in The Valley.
“Alexa is the best babysitter I have ever had and she is still working with us full-time but we will be with family for holidays so hoping that she could be helpful for another family. I was nervous to leave my 4 month old with someone all day while my husband and I were both at work but Alexa has been so amazing I have no concerns that he is in wonderful hands. She proposed a sleeping and eating schedule and tidies while he sleeps, and is great at keeping him engaged with activities. She is also great with my 3.5 year old who is in preschool but is occasionally around as well. Happy to share more to anyone who is considering booking her!”
Hi there, my name is Tashi, I’ve been working with children and seniors for about a decade. I’m a total people’s person so I absolutely love what I do. I know that it is imperative to help the children are seniors that I’m working with to challenge themselves every day. I can help with a variety of things, cooking, cleaning and errands.
“We've met a number of different childcare providers, but no one like Tashionna. Our kids LOVE her! She is so good with them, our youngest always asks "when is Tashionna coming back?!" As parents, we appreciate that she is always reliable and professional. She also helps us out when we need a little extra flexibility. Every parent knows the value of that! Tashionna is bilingual and has been teaching our kids some Spanish. That was something we hadn't thought about, but the educational value of it was a nice surprise. Our oldest is in high school now and he really excels in his foreign language class, I know she was a big influence. She's a fantastic care-giver, we highly recommend her. - Claire”
Hello my name is Reina. I have a BA in Psychology. I have close to 10 years of working experience with children ranging from infants to school-aged children. I am currently an educator who teaches different ages in elementary schools. I was also a behavior technician who worked with children with different developmental disabilities. I enjoy teaching and seeing children succeed.
“Reina was super friendly, great with the kids, and so kind! I appreciated how flexible she was with our ever-changing schedule. I have a neurodivergent child, and she got along with him so well! She played games with them, helped my son build a cardboard house...she engaged them in fun activities and ensured they went to bed on time and with a nice reading session. Our boys loved her and wanted to know when she would be back!”
Aside from having taken care of my four daughters and nieces over the years, I most recently helped my daughter adjust back to her work routine and cared for my granddaughter on a regular basis, both day and nights. I am great with children and see each as my own, and am open to rules set by the parents and abide by them. I have pets at home, so caring for pets is nothing new to me, as well as seniors. I also take care of all of our household chores, so that's also something I can do if requested.
“Wonderful experience, she’s cared for my 15 month old and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s attentive, and my daughter adores her. My daughter is a picky eater, so its been tough, but her patience has been key. She’s helped with chores around the house too.”
