I have experience with babysitting since I was in middle school and leading after school clubs with younger kids who are learning how to read or teaching them Spanish and culture. I love to have fun with kids by interacting with any activity they love to do whether its joining in on their imagination, games, crafts, or going outside to play! Hi! My name is Kara and I'm currently a sophomore at UIC studying theatre. I am offering childcare, cat sitting, and household services. I've always loved babysitting and have been watching infants, toddlers, and kids since I was fourteen (I have a really big family with lots of younger cousins who I've helped out with all my life), as well as worked at a daycare where I took care of children ages infant to five years old. Due to my theatre background I regularly include make believe play in my interactions with children, using different voices and mannerisms while asking the children questions and helping to build their imaginative skills. On top of that I've also been certified by the Red Cross in infant and regular CPR. I can also work as a household assistant and can clean and run errands.
