Hi Family, I’m Jasmyne a Chicago native and the proud second-oldest of six siblings — so you could say childcare has always been a big part of my life! I also have two adorable nephews I help care for regularly, which keeps my hands (and heart) full. In addition to years of hands-on family experience, I’ve also worked at a daycare, where I cared for children of different ages and helped plan fun, educational activities. On Sundays, I teach kids’ Bible studies at my church, which has deepened my patience, creativity, and love for helping children learn and grow. I am currently pursuing a masters in occupational therapy at DePaul University and have a passion for helping children. Despite being in grad school, I’m a child at heart, enjoy watching kid movies/cartoons, playing outside, painting, and board games.
