Hi! My name is Zoey and I'm 18 years old. I'm a freshman in college looking for extra jobs to pick up and I figured babysitting would be the best for me! I currently have a job already but I am trying to get my first car and the hours there just isn't enough so I feel like babysitting could make me extra money while do something I like! I do have more experience with pets specifically dogs than people but I have babysat children in the past and it was something I enjoyed doing so I think this is a good fit. I have one dog now and she is a Presa Canaria and I love and cherish her very much. I did have a Maltese poo but he just recently passed at 14 years old so I've had him since I was little. I went to high school at Whitney Young here in Chicago and my current career path is to become an aesthetic nurse practitioner to eventually open my own medspa. I think that I like caregiving because I'm a very patient and humble person already, a lot of people I know describes me to be laid back but observant of my surroundings which I think is important when it comes to kids or pets because anything can happen in a very short amount of time with them whether is big or small so you just have to be sure to pay attention but keep a calm spirit because I've learned that when you're not calm they also aren't. Overall, I'm looking forward to start this position of caregiving!

I'm trustworthy, reliable, and pretty flexible with parents' & child's needs, scheduling/ adhering to naps (sleep training), enjoy partaking in transitions/ milestones/ overall development, and making sure that children are on track - based on recommnded guidelines!
