I am an Early Childhood Educator with over twenty years of experience caring for and educating young children. I hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a minor concentration in Infants and Toddlers, as well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I am currently a classroom preschool teacher in Baltimore City. I have experience with infants and toddlers, including twins. In addition to teaching, I’ve also owned my own registered home day care, and nannied for multiple families. I believe children are competent and capable and learn best through play and hands on activities. I am a responsive caregiver with an extensive background in social emotional learning. I enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, crafts and reading in my spare time. I have two cats and feel comfortable with dogs and other small pets.

Hi I'm Morgan! I'm 24 years old and just graduated from nursing school. I'll be studying this summer to take the licensure exam but I'm hoping to babysit while I do so. I come from a big family of seven and have always enjoyed being around kids. I worked in a child care center and a sitter in high school, and also volunteered for a year at Dell Children's Medical Center. I have babysat for families since I was 16 with their ages ranging from newborns to school-aged. I've decided to get into sitting again because of the flexibility it provides for my schedule, and I'm hoping I can be of service to yours as well.

I have worked with children and youth since high school. I had the desire to work with children and youth as an adult however I haven’t had the chance to really balance that with school and work. Now that I am older and have more availability I want to pursue my passion with working with children and youth. I have a degree in family and humanities and I am a veteran. I received my experience with working with children and youth through internships, community engagements, and helping family and friend when they need a babysitter.
