I have taken care of all ages from birth to elder care. I am allergic to cats but would happily work with families with dogs as well. While I received many awards from both the community and commanding general, the real reward for me was seeing children engage and thrive like never before. Hi there - my name is Jordan, I'm 29 years old, and I am currently a sales & marketing professional and have been a professional baby sitter since I was 14 years old. I have experience with Newborns, Toddlers and PreK - 8th Grade! I was part-time nanny for 2 families with multiple children for 5+ years throughout my late teens and early twenties while living in Las Vegas, NV and babysat as needed for a multitude of other families before I moved to Charlotte 4 years ago. I have been a sitter for over 20 years, and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in developmental psychology. I have experience caring for kids of all ages, and am comfortable working with larger families and children with special needs. Working with children is something about which I am passionate and which I feel a calling to pursue. As a sitter I strive to strike a balance between energetic play and calm structure. I see my job as having 3 primary duties. Most importantly, keeping the children that I am watching safe. Next, maintaining the house rules and routine, so that children have a sense of stability when their parents are gone.
