Shajna 2 reviews
$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Middle Village, NY

Hi my name is Shajna and I am a stay at home mother. I have three children of my own so I have a lot of experience!! I can work with toddlers and infants. I can work around the house, feeding and putting them to sleep and taking them to school. I also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands.

“Shajna responded to an unusual request for a targeted intensive two weeks with our nine month old while I traveled on business. We are so lucky she did! Shajna was a marvelous nanny: professional, engaged, warm, responsible, and a joy to be around. She expertly learned our daughter's rhythms and got her to sleep faster than we imagined possible. She is an abundantly generous, unobtrusive and friendly presence to boot. We cannot recommend her highly enough!”

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Middle Village, NY

Hello! My name is Davidsa. I’m a caring, responsible, and organized person who enjoys helping families with child care, pet care, and household needs. I have several years of experience working with children, managing homes, and caring for pets of all kinds. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and well-organized environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported. I offer a combination of child care, pet care, and household services, depending on your family’s needs. I can provide flexible scheduling for regular help or occasional assistance. I love reading stories, doing crafts, playing board games, outdoor activities like going to the park or beach, cooking simple recipes together, and helping with creative or learning projects. I can help with tutoring and homework, especially in reading, writing, and science. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals and snacks for kids. I love creative activities such as painting, dancing, and storytelling, which make playtime both fun and educational. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I also have a strong understanding of child safety and development.

“Davidsa was truly an incredible nanny to our daughter and became such an important part of our family. She is loving, reliable, patient, responsible, and genuinely treats the children she cares for as her own. She was always taking our daughter on adventures, finding activities for them to do, and helping her learn and explore the world around her. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, incredibly intelligent and capable, and one of those rare caregivers who never needs to be micromanaged. She just knows what needs to be done and does it. I trusted her completely with my daughter, which is the highest compliment I could possibly give someone. We only had to part ways because our family moved out of state, and saying goodbye to her was genuinely one of the hardest parts of leaving New York. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Davidsa caring for their children. We love her and recommend her wholeheartedly.”

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 6 families in Middle Village, NY

I'm Camila, new to NYC and looking for babysitter opportunities! I'm a caring and experienced babysitter with a strong background working with children of all ages. I've been babysitting for years, including supporting a child with special needs, and I'm comfortable adapting to different needs and personalities. I've also worked as a Spanish teacher for kids, which I love incorporating into fun, engaging activities, and have experience in a daycare setting managing multiple children at once. I love working with children even in my professional career, where I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with child actors, producing, directing, and helping them train their performance. This has strengthened my ability to guide kids with patience, creativity, and structure. I can care for dogs/cats and light housekeeping and organizational tasks and errands. I'm patient, reliable, and truly enjoy creating a safe, positive environment where kids can learn and have fun.

Sharice $20 per hour for 1 child

Hello! - My name is Sharice, most call me Sha, and I'm currently a sophomore at the School of Visual Arts. I am offering child care, senior care, pet care, and household services. I love being a babysitter and have been caring for kids since I was 10 years old! Most of my experience has come from babysitting younger family members as I grew up in a big family and am the 4th oldest of 14 cousins! My responsibilities have included crafts, entertainment, pick-up and drop-off, tutoring, and even dance lessons. I also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands. I have been a caretaker for my own 95 year-old grandma and am comfortable with senior care. I can cook and do many other tasks. Though I was raised in a pet-allergic household, I have been blessed without the allergy and am in love with furry friends!
