By day, I work in clinical research at Mount Sinai Hospital, where I coordinate patient care and clinical trials. Hi parents :) My name is McKenna and I would love to babysit for you! A little bit about me, I am originally from Kanas City and went to college at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In high school and college, I babysat frequently for multiple families as well as worked at a daycare for six years. During my time at the daycare, I cared for children 6 weeks old to 10 years old. I received my Master's in Elementary Education and am certified to teach K-6. During my graduate year of college, I completed a year-long internship and student taught in kindergarten, third-grade, and sixth-grade classrooms. Since moving to New York, I have taught as a lead teacher in a two year old classroom at a daycare, nannied over the summer, and taught third grade for two years in the Bronx. I am currently a fourth grade teacher at a public school in the UWS. I love pets and am great with art, activities, cleaning, laundry, schoolwork, etc.

I'm a dog lover with a special 14-year-old rescue who joined my family at six months. Since my own dog isn’t very mobile anymore, I’m hoping to fulfill my love for dogs and get more exercise by walking others in my neighborhood.
