My childcare experience includes multiple long-term nanny positions. I cared for a family with a 5 year old boy and 2 year old boy while also helping care for their dog. I'm a huge animal lover and previously worked at a doggy daycare, and regularly pet sit; so I'm very comfortable caring for pets alongside children. Hi! I’m Alessia, a second-year student at the University of Houston studying biochemistry on the pre-med track. As the oldest of four siblings, I’ve spent years helping care for children and understand the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a positive environment. I also have 5 years of experience as a Sunday school teacher and 3 years of hospital volunteer experience in the ER, Medical-Surgical, and Pediatrics units. I come from a large family with lots of cousins, of which I am the oldest girl. I have helped raise many children, and have two children of my own. I have many years of experience, deep cleaning and organizing, as well as had employment at a learning center in Baytown for two years. I worked with ages 6 months to 12 years, and I have been CPR certified for adults, children, and infants. I have a passion for caring for others, and I absolutely love animals.
