My name is Makayla and I worked full-time at Action Behavior Center providing therapy for kids with Autism while also babysitting and nannying on the side.I graduated at the University of Texas at Tyler with my Bachelors in Kinesiology and my Masters in Business Administration while playing softball. I worked at a day care for 2 years and babysit/nanny on my free time. I have a total of 10 years of experience with kids ranging from ages newborns to 10 and up. My name is Brooklyn; I moved to Texas from out of state. I am currently an accounting manager for a nonprofit. I am available for after-work and weekend childcare. While living in San Diego, CA, I babysat for several families. I did after-school pickup and drop off at sports for two siblings for one family, and then I did weekend babysitting for another family with two siblings. I'm a very patient, kind and loving person. I can definitely say I do get attached to my kids/families I’ve to worked with. I’m a big outdoors person. Love being active and go out with the kiddos, to playgrounds & libraries for example. I’ve been a nanny/babysitting for almost 8 years now and I have been a supportive teacher in the past as well. I have experience with kids from 4 months on till up to 12/13 years old. One of my longest experiences as a nanny was working with 2 boys for 3 years - which the youngest is a sweet boy that has autism. My most recent experience that’s coming to an end has also been an almost 3 years with them. It started with a 13 month old that is now almost 4. But then he had a baby sister that I started caring for when she was 4 months old and will be turning 2 soon and both will be in school at that point and they won’t be needing me for my full time hours anymore. Which is the only reason we’re ending our work relationship and I’m now looking for a new family to work for.
