Hello, my name is Lisa (AnnaLisa). I'm an experienced, reliable, and fun caregiver looking for further opportunities to continue working with families. My B.A. degrees from UC Santa Barbara in Psychology & Communications with a focus on child development pushes me to positively change the lives of children. I have been a caregiver of newborns to teenagers for 19+ years in a variety of environments: schools, babysitting, daycare facilities, community centers and nannying. My previous roles include Campus Manager, Extended Care Coordinator and Instructional Aide at a private IB Reggio Italian Immersion Elementary School working on the administrative side, as well as collaborating in the classroom, recess and after school programs. I was previously a Behavior Therapist for children (specifically with Autism & Sensory Processing Disorder) in underserved schools leading to my strong belief a naturalistic environment of learning should be safe, creative, enjoyable, and a place of growth. When working on my credentials, I spent two years as a full-time nanny for a girl (3-5 years old). I transitioned to be a Kindergarten teacher for a pod group supporting virtual learning during the pandemic. In 2021, I moved to Seattle in a new field as a Project Manager for a brand marketing company, and looking to stay to my roots by caring for families in my free time. I was previously the Head Coach for Girls Leading Girls soccer non-profit that focuses on life skills through sports. Through the years my concentration has been in three main areas: skills development, leadership training and character building. I am trained CPR/First Aid certified from my time as a Swim Instructor at the JCC. In my free time I enjoy crafting, cooking, yoga, writing, boxing, pickleball, and being out in the sun. My life passions are demonstrated by world travels, giant library of books, and long history working with children of all ages (newborn - early teens).

“Annalisa was a great sitter for our daughter. She brought activities with her and jumped right into caring for the kid while we finished getting ready. We would definitely recommend her services to anyone who wants a responsive, well rounded caregiver for their kiddo.”

In Seattle, I have extensive experience caring for infants (including twins!) and toddlers. Finally, I have lived with pets my entire life and can act as a sitter for them with all the affection and happiness that your pet deserves.

“Laura was wonderful with our 3 year old. He was having a very hard time with us leaving and she was calm, sweet, and handled it so well. Hi Parents! If you have any questions after reading my profile, I encourage you to reach out to me, and I will do my best to get back to you right away. I have been caring for children since I was 11 years old, and I started working as a Professional Nanny/Household Manager/Mary Poppins when I was 17 until I was 33. At the age of 30, I opened the sought-after nanny agency in Seattle, The Nanny Consultant. During the course of my nanny career, I took dozens of classes supporting children in everything from sleep to development, and I feel like I have read every parenting book under the sun. Since then, I have had three children, who are now 4, 5, and 7, whom I homeschool. Years ago, I completed the basic skills exam from the INA with 100% accuracy. I have also completed the National Nanny Training Day in San Diego in 2013 and in Seattle in 2016, Nannypolozza in Orlando in 2015 and Vancouver Nanny Training in 2016 and spoke there in 2017. I most recently attended a newborn care specialist class. I truly love this profession as it is a true passion of mine. I am in it for the long run. I currently only provide back up care and date nights. My objective is to offer families the best and complete care for their children with love, nourishment, and guidance and to make sure the health, well-being, education, and safety of the children are never jeopardized. I undertake all tasks related to the care of the entire household. I support children by providing physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual play to ensure proper development. I always maintain good, open communication with parents and usually come with a nanny bag with books, coloring sheets, and a puzzle that is age-appropriate. "I have extensive experience in childcare and treat the children under my care as if they were my own. I have a natural ability to connect with children, and they tend to gravitate towards me (even animals too!). My priority is providing quality care to the children and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for them."

“Kyla was wonderful! She even reorganized our toy area!! ”

Hi - My name is Christina, I’m 30 years old and I'm currently in school to get a degree in Public Health. Once I complete my degree, I would love to have the title, “child and maternal health advocate”! I started working in child care 10 years ago as a lead teacher in a toddler classroom at a daycare. After a few years there, I moved on to becoming a nanny. I’ve been a nanny to two amazing families since 2016. Im thankful to have held long term positions. While my work week is filled with my current position, I do enjoy babysitting on the side. Im open to one time and occasional babysitting depending on the families needs. I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids (including twins!) since was 18 years old. My responsibilities as a babysitter have included bed time routines, prepping meals, cleaning up as well as entertaining the children. Naturally, I have a calm demeanor and a nurturing personality. I believe it goes hand in hand while being a caretaker. Although I am unavailable for for a full/part time position, I am open for date nights and such! Please feel free to contact I me. I can also provide my resume. *updated Aug. 2023

“We hired Christina to take care of our 3 year old daughter for the afternoon/evening. She did a wonderful job with Eliana in engaging her, taking her to play at the park, and making sure she got all the steps to her bedtime routine done--always a challenge. She quickly noticed and cleaned up when our daughter almost started painting the wall while I was showing Christina around right after she arrived. She also cleaned up after our daughter had a potty accident. Christina was very professional, arrived early, and has a very calm, patient, and thoughtful demeanor. We highly recommend her to other families, and hope to have the opportunity to hire her again.”
