Hi!- My name is Hayaat I’m currently a student at University of Washington. I love taking care of children and have babysat many, including babies and toddlers, since I was 14. I have 4+ years of experience with responsibilities that have included in home things like meal prep, feeding children, changing diapers, playing games, and spending time with them. I’m familiar with bedtime and nap routines and can easily adjust to different ones. I also volunteer as a running and reading coach for elementary school students during after school programs. I’ve built a bond with all of my students through my patience, kindness and understanding of different behaviors and personalities. I’m an honest, people-oriented, and responsible person who loves meeting new people! I’m comfortable around all pets as well.

I grew up in an in-home childcare that my mother ran for about 12 years. I have four younger siblings as well. I started babysitting at 15 for the neighbors and by the time I was 19 I was doing overnights with a 3 month old baby girl, a two year old and ten year old. It was a lot but we did it! I’ve had a few other families over the years but it’s been some time as I am now a hairstylist and have worked in restaurants for the last 10-13 years. I am currently 37 years old and have my own 10 month old little boy who will be with me most of the time. He’s a very good, smart little guy and loves big kids. He has lots of older cousins he loves to play with. If you’re worried about it being too much for me to handle, please don’t. I am with him all day every day, we like to go outside and do things if you are comfortable with that. I am great with children.
