Hi, I was born and raised in Ukraine. I was doing babysitting since I was 10 for 1 months old to 7 years old children. I graduated in USA at Everett community college with Early childhood certification and I graduated from Penn foster highschool with diploma.i also worked at different child cares in Everett Wa, Bellevue WA with infants, mobile children,toddlers and with preschool kids.i love children and enjoy working with them.

For the summer, I am an empty nester as my 4 own children are at Grandparents in Alaska. I have a degree in Elementary Education and Educational services. I like to get outdoors and explore the parks and beaches Tacoma has to offer, as well work on art projects. I have worked in all age classrooms and youth of all ages. Being a mom of four means being on your toes, and knowing each child is different. I have current CPR and first aid credentials and used to working with youth. I have been a girl scout leader the past 9 years and I love dogs.

I'm a single woman from Chicago who lived overseas in Europe for years and worked as a live-out full-time nanny for 4 years as well as many years of babysitting toddlers and school age children. I speak English and French, but have a basic understanding of Spanish, German , Dutch, Mandarin and Russian. School runs, outside activity/class runs, in-home activities, meals and light errands are all ok! I have a background in both dance and studio art (as well as a psychology degree), so creative fun is an easy ask.

My proudest accomplishment is raising my two sons into caring young adults. Second proudest is earning my degree in elementary education at 40 years old. I have always had a love for working with children and helping them grow and learn. I currently work as a substitute teacher for Tacoma Public Schools, so my schedule is flexible. When my younger son was a toddler, he joined me at my job as a daycare assistant, where I assisted caring for a small group of toddlers, as well as provided one on one care for a sweet baby from when he was three months old until he turned one. I have stayed in touch with their family and have enjoyed seeing the young man he has become. I also spend a lot of time with my 5 year old twin nieces, and we love dancing, reading, and going on nature walks. I have experience in creating engaging and educational activities for children of all ages. I am currently learning ASL through weekly online classes. I believe in open communication with both parents and children. I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each child in my care feels loved, safe, supported, and valued. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new family as their nanny, and look forward to building a strong and positive relationship with both the children and their parents. As a mother myself, I understand that trusting another person with your child is not something to be taken lightly.
