Hi! I’m Lauren 🙂. I graduated from ASU with my Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2006 and I have 10 years of experience as a substitute teacher with K-12. I also love animals!! I grew up with dogs and cats and recently had a belgian malinois/boxer mix so I am used to dogs who need extra attention :) I am currently a full time teacher and I am looking to supplement my income occasionally on the weekends or possibly week nights. I love working with children and have over 15 years experience as a babysitter/nanny with all ages. I feel that I can provide an excellent learning environment that is very interactive and help kids stay physically active as well!
“This was my 1st time using anyone other than family. From the minute Lauren walked in the door I could sense her warm temperament. My 2 year old adored her and I will be booking Lauren again. She’s wonderful! ”
My name is Miranda, I’m 19 years old and I’m bilingual, I’m a really active person, I like all kind of sports and I practiced gymnastics for 12 years, while I was in gymnastics I used to train kids between 5 and 10 years old. I’m just starting as a babysitter but I used to take care of my little cousins and nephews, I been around kids my whole life, I really like to teach and I enjoy taking care of the little ones. I worked for a cleaning company so I’m really good at it and I enjoy doing it, I can cook and run some errands if you need some extra help. I feel happy when I’m around kids or animals, I walk my dog every morning, I don’t have cats but I know how to take care of them.
With over 10 years of dedicated experience in child care, I’ve had the privilege of working with children across various age groups—from infants to elementary-aged youth. My journey began with hands-on infant care, where I gained extensive experience in feeding, diaper changing, creating soothing routines, and supporting early developmental milestones in a nurturing, safe environment. As I grew in the field, I expanded my role to caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, guiding them through potty training, language development, and structured play. I’ve always aimed to foster a sense of independence while still offering a warm, supportive presence that encourages confidence and curiosity. In addition to early childhood care, I’ve worked in elementary school settings, teaching kindergarten and first grade. I’ve developed and led classroom activities, managed group dynamics, and supported both academic and emotional growth. I’ve also worked in group homes for older children and adults, providing behavioral support, structure, and a consistent presence for those navigating life transitions or additional needs. My approach to child care is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect. I understand that every child is unique, and I take pride in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where they can grow and thrive. Whether supporting families in the home, a classroom, or specialized care settings, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and heart to everything I do.
Hi, my name is Kathy and I am currently working full time as an office administrator. I have a bachelor’s in Health Science. I am looking to do babysitting, pet sitting and household services during my free time for a little extra income. I enjoy working with children! I worked with preschool children during my time in college. I also worked in the kids camp on the Carnival Cruise ship for 4 years after graduating college. I have also worked in an afterschool program for a year doing activities and homework help, and helping with summer camp. I can change diapers, read with the kids, do arts & crafts, & play games. I can also cook, clean, and run errands. I also love pets! Especially furry pets! I used to have chihuahuas, hamsters and a bunny. I have had roommates that owned cats and they seem to love me. With my years of experience with kids, I can help with their school work or plan fun activities! Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
