I am local to Marin/SF and a Mom to my daughter who is now in college. In addition to being a parent, I have been babysitting off and on for many years. I have pretty high standards as far as child care goes. I think it is important to engage (not sit on your phone), and make sure the children feel well looked after. I like to check in via text now and again during the job so the parents feel connected and reassured.
