I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with over two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy techniques to help kids build new skills, reach their goals, and improve daily behaviors in a clinic or home setting. This work has taught me patience, empathy, and how to adapt to each child’s unique personality and needs. Before becoming an RBT, I spent years as a competitive dancer since age 3 and later worked as an assistant dance teacher for children ages 4–12.
