Following positive routines/patterns, keeping lil ones engaged to help reach age appropriate milestones and development. • Current Background Check - 10/11/2025 • Verified DSS TrustLine Registry Approval and Fingerprint Live Scan. • CPR/First Aid certification & TB test clearance. • Friendly Pets at home OK • Bilingual - English/Spanish -If child naps, assistance with laundry or kitchen may be included(dishes and wiping counters) -Overnight care available upon request based on availability. -4hr minimum bookings. Ok 3hr for local families. -Do I travel outside of my region area of Union City, Fremont, Newark, Hayward, San Leandro? Yes! But an additional travel fee will apply. $10-$20 depending on city. ie.. Oakland/Milpitas $10, Palo Alto/Redwood City $15, San Jose/Santa Clara $20. I don’t travel to Berkeley/Richmond/SF. -Payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp. No credit cards.

For families located across the bridge, I kindly ask for assistance with the bridge toll, which is currently $8.50. ❌Cancellations❌ Because I reserve time specifically for your family and may turn down other opportunities, any booking canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to one hour of care at my normal rate. If plans change or a booking ends early for reasons outside of my control, I ask that the reserved booking time be honored for payment unless we’ve agreed on a different arrangement in advance.
