I have experience working with 4 children at a time ranging from infant to teenager. Managing both newborns and toddlers simultaneously can be demanding but manageable with some planning. I can involve the toddlers in gentle activities that won't disturb the newborn, such as coloring, building blocks, or playing with soft toys. While the toddlers are occupied, I can attend to the newborn's needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, or putting them down for a nap.
