I recently received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and am excited to continue growing in the field of education. I have always had a passion for working with children and began babysitting at 15 years old, caring for my younger sibling and cousins. Throughout high school, I volunteered in after-school programs where I worked with elementary-aged children, helping them complete homework and build strong study skills. After graduating, I worked as a program leader, managing a class of about 20 children. Hello! I am Los Angeles based, working part time in advertising and looking for a regular part time or occasional childcare position, ideally 10-15 hours a week. I am one of six kids and began working with children at the age of 13. I'm now in my thirties, with many years of nannying behind me. I have taken care of children of all ages and stages of childhood. I have been certified in CPR in the past, and would be willing to update that certification if needed. I am fun, present, and engaging with children. I believe in the importance of enjoying nature, and will often take children on hikes or other outdoor excursions.
