Payment Policy: I plan my time and budget according to hours booked, so I require that I am paid for the entire booking regardless of hours actually worked. Booking Policy: If your looking to book me, I have a 4 hour minimum. (except for interviews) Cancellation Policy: Since I am requested by a lot of parents, I need a 24 to 48 hour notice of cancellation so I can book another family. If you do not cancel within that time frame, I request half payment of what would have made during the original booking. If I must cancel because I am either sick or have an emergency. I will make every effort to find you a replacement sitter. Additionally, on the next job, I will babysit an hour for free since I know cancelling can be an inconvenience.

I did storytime, crafts, and helped children with homework and research at the library. I also love painting and drawing and enjoy teaching children how to draw, instilling in them my passion for the arts. I'm a lifelong bookworm, love reading with children, and hope I encourage their own love of books. Books, art, and a great role model can enrich a child's life and watching a child's development is very rewarding. I have worked primarily as a nanny the last five years since moving to Los Angeles. I have been working with children in various capacities for over 10 years. For 2 years, I worked as an actor on a traveling theatre group that performs shows on bullying prevention and other social issues at schools throughout the greater Seattle area, and then spent 2 years as the Education and Outreach Program Coordinator for that same theatre company. I now work as an Education Programs Specialist at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, where I develop museum programming for students and teachers. In terms of childcare, I have worked with dozens of families, ages ranging from 11 weeks to 13 years old, and I am comfortable and experienced working with all ages and up to three children at a time (or more if necessary). I have learned so much from little ones over the past years and being able to play a role in their growth and development is a great joy.
