Hi, my name is Hashi! I am a recent UCLA graduate currently working in youth development in San Francisco. I am looking for part time babysitting jobs. I love babysitting and working with children of all ages. I have worked as an academic counselor for high school students, have worked with kids ages 4-12 as a swim instructor and have also baby sat children of all ages throughout my high school years. I am able to drive children anywhere needed, work on arts and crafts (I have lots of beads and love working with children on making jewelry), and able to tutor in all subjects up to high school level. I can also cook, clean, run errands, and other household help needed. Happy to feed pets or walk dogs as well. Also hope to pet or house sit.
Hi there! My name is Leslie, and I'm a warm, reliable sitter with 2-3 years of experience caring for children and pets. My goal is to ensure a safe, fun, and happy environment for everyone in your family. I specialize in caring for school-aged children and pre-teens, focusing on activities that match their energy and interests. I love encouraging creativity with arts and crafts, getting active by playing sports, and fostering imagination through reading books. I'm happy to assist with homework, manage after-school routines, and prepare simple, healthy meals. I am committed to making sure your children feel secure, engaged, and well-cared for while you're away. I have a great fondness for animals and experience caring for a variety of pets, including both big and small dogs, as well as cats. Whether your dog is a tiny terrier or a large lab, or your cat needs quiet cuddle time, I provide attentive care that meets their specific needs. This includes walks, playtime, feeding, and making sure they get plenty of affection. I'm comfortable with animals that shed and will always treat your pets with the love and respect they deserve! I look forward to meeting your family and discussing how I can provide the best support for your home!
Hi! My name is Ryann (they/them) and I recently graduated from SFSU with a Bachelors Degree in Women and Gender Studies with a minor in LGBTQ+ studies. I'm going back to school in the fall to start my Masters Program in Sexuality Studies. I am flexible, social, playful, a strong communicator, and I love working with kids, animals, and elderly folks. Throughout my life, I have babysat for many families with children of various ages, typically multiple children at the same time. My responsibilities included cooking and prepping food, helping with homework, cleaning, arts and crafts, and transportation to and from school. I frequently care for my friends' and neighbors' pets; dog walking, feeding the animals, refilling water bowls, overnight cat sitting, and offering various forms of enrichment. I am passionate about animals and providing the best quality of life for them. I have been volunteering at Openhouse, the LGBTQ+ senior center, since October every week and it has allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills around senior care. I have assisted disabled folks with everyday tasks, ranging from going to the grocery store to the emergency vet. I am patient, able bodied, accommodating, and quick to help out.
Hello! My name is Paula (children call me Lala/Yaga) and I’m a fun and caring 30-year-old with over 10 years of experience working with children. Throughout the years, I’ve worked as an au pair, live-in nanny, full-time nanny, co-teacher at a Reggio Emilia inspired school in Brazil, and most recently as a teacher at a nonprofit organization supporting families at risk and children with diverse medical needs. I also spent four years as a family consultant/caregiver for an amazing family in San Francisco, supporting them through infancy and toddlerhood while helping create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment. I’m currently a master’s student at SF State for Early Childhood Education with concentration in Special Needs. Caring for children has always been my passion. I love seeing their excitement as they learn something new and the way they view the world with such imagination. I’m proactive, responsible, and have wonderful references from my past positions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I’d love the chance to share my experience and work with your family! Warmly, Paula
“I can't recommend Paula enough! Her background in Early Childhood Education truly makes her exceptional. She isn't just a caregiver—she's an active teacher who cares both about the child and the family as a whole. She brings so much intentionality to our days. She plans fun, age-appropriate activities that make learning feel natural. Her knowledge of child development is clear in how well our child has developed into a thoughtful and curious young man. She's calm, professional, and I completely trust her. I also consider her language skills with Spanish and Portuguese to be an huge plus. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her as a partner!”
Hello! My name is Cepideh (Cep for short) and I currently work part-time researcher at UC San Francisco, a role I secured after graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2021. In undergrad, I was an active student involved in the Undergraduate Mentorship Program which mentors and guides first year students through academic and personal situations. One of my first ever jobs was as a swim instructor at the local swim school De Anza Cupertino Aquatics (DACA). I taught children ages 7-11 basic swim strokes and safety during their lessons. I also had the opportunity to work as a camp counselor during my high school career. I led a group of elementary school children through their activities in a weeklong excursion in the Watsonville outdoor school. I find an incredible sense of wonderment when I have the opportunity to work with children. I end up learning more than I anticipated through conversations and activities I engage in with the children. I look forward to continuing to work with children in my local area!
