Looking for a new baby to love and sing to; but still available for date night/overnights/weekends. My last baby just started daycare. We were together for almost 2 years. Her development is up to 6 mos. ahead of normal. I miss her tremendously but know I'd love to have another new little person in my life! I prefer 2-3 full time days a week but will discuss other ideas. I have some Early Childhood Education at city college and a bibliography of almost 50 titles about Early Childhood Education. I focus on fun, Learning, music, movement, literacy and outdoor adventures. Resourceful and reliable; I'm willing to pitch in to help families with my renaissance skill sets. I have great references and often continue as needed for the children until they are early teens. Thank you and I look forward to meeting with you!* I have a degree from University of Buffalo in Human Services. Some Early Childhood Education from city college of San Francisco *Please note, I only check my messages in the early morning and not at night when you might want to book for the next day. While I can do occasional gig work, I prefer regular jobs. Thank you!

Joana here. I came from Brazil to SF in 2007, and have been living on Bernal Heights since then. I've been babysitting kids of all ages professionally for the past 15 years, in a wide range of ways. School pickups, taking to activities, sleep overs, date nights, back up nanny for the day, taking kids to museums, zoo, playgrounds, hikes, etc. I have traveled to 25 countries and love sharing my experiences. I own a fully insured car and have a clean driving record. I love the outdoors! I am healthy and usually kids like me. I'm responsible but also fun. I know how to do anything house related and don’t mind helping out. I love pets. I am flexible and adaptable to follow any philosophies that the family has chosen to guide their little ones. Punctuality, positivity and great communication are my main qualities. Hope to meet you soon. Cheers Minimum of 3 hours per job* I am a proud grandma of 2 boys 🩵 ***Please be considerate of my time as I don’t have any work benefits and only cancel if it is a real emergency. I don’t charge any cancellation fee because I believe in the goodness of people’s hearts.

Hi, I’m Cynthia! I’m a reliable, energetic caregiver with years of experience caring for children from toddlers through elementary age kids. I’ve worked with families in both Washington, DC and San Francisco, providing consistent, trusted support for busy parents. I currently work part-time as a consultant, so I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy spending my free time with kids. Caregiving is something I choose to do because I love it—not just as a job, but as a way to stay engaged, active, and connected. I especially enjoy working with curious preschoolers and early elementary kids (ages 3–6 are my favorite!). My style is hands-on and interactive—I prioritize play, creativity, and outdoor time over screens. Whether it’s building forts, doing puzzles and Legos, reading together, or heading to the park, I bring a high level of energy and engagement. I also have some experience supporting children with ADD/ADHD and understand the importance of patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. Outside of caregiving, I’m a long-distance runner and love staying active—something that translates well to keeping up with high-energy kids who enjoy being on the move. I also volunteer as a reading tutor at a local elementary school, which has been a rewarding way to support early learning. (Fully vaccinated and CPR/First Aid certified.)

Hi! I'm a graduate of the University of San Francisco. I'm originally from Georgia, but I have been living in the city for 8 years now. I’ve been babysitting children since I was 14 and have volunteered at several children camps over the years. I have experience with children from 4 months to 13 years old. I’ve been working full-time in childcare for the past four years. Along with childcare, I have experience in management, retail, assistant, and food service work. I have also been driving for 9+ years with a clean record. I love children because they're full of energy and always have fun/unique perspectives on everything. I consider myself an active, caring, and energetic person. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and art!
