Hello! I'm a dedicated and loving nanny with 20 years of experience caring for children aged 2 months to 12 years in the Bay Area. Originally from New Zealand, I hold a National Nanny Certificate (NZNNC) and am certified in Infant/Child CPR & First Aid. I'm also Trustline certified. In addition to my nanny experience, I've worked in preschools, taught swimming lessons, and lifeguarded. I'm passionate about providing top-notch care and creating fun, engaging activities for kids. I'm familiar with baby sign language and enjoy arts and crafts, baking, and outdoor adventures. *Currently Seeking:* - Evening and weekend babysitting hours (flexible schedule) - Families who value honesty about health and are COVID-cautious, no sick child care. - Easy parking available for SF jobs (I live in Daly City) *About Me:* - As a mom of two teenagers (16 and 17), I've honed my skills in supporting kids' growth and development. - I enjoy activities like arts and crafts, walks, and trips to the beach. If you're looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny, I'd love to chat!

***Update: Please message me for availability- the calendar on here is rarely updated. Thank you! :-) ************************************************************** Hello! I'm a Bay Area native and I was a childcare provider and nanny for over 10 years in San Francisco before I began my teaching certification program. I really enjoy working with families and still keep in close contact with the last family I worked with. In the past, I've also worked for the Y.M.C.A. as a coach and teacher for children in their camp program. I love doing arts and crafts activities, and going on outside adventures with kids to parks, museums (California Academy of Sciences is a great one!), and libraries. Most of my past jobs working with families were referrals from other families I worked with, so this is my first time using an online site to apply for positions. My certifications are in Special Education EC-12th grade, E.S.L. EC-12th grade, English Language Arts and Reading 7th-12th grade, and General Education EC-6th grade. While working on my credential I completed internship hours in an elementary school classroom working with children on the Autism Spectrum. My experience in the internship was so inspiring that I decided to make Special Education a focus in teaching. I'm taking this semester off from teaching so I’m mostly tutoring, but also available for occasional babysitting. I really enjoy babysitting because it gives me the opportunity to be creative, no matter what age the child is, with play and learning activities. As an Educator, I am passionate about incorporating play into education to make learning accessible for every child. My schedule isn’t usually updated on the app, so please feel free to send me a message inquiring about a date. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Reese

I am a mother of two amazing girls. When they were toddlers I had them in a co op preschool where the parents worked a few days a week. I really enjoyed it and my girls did as well. That was definitely my calling for working with children. I am comfortable with multiple children at one time. I love babies, toddlers and kids of all ages. Some of my favorite activities are reading books, playing games and exploring the outdoors.

“Lillian was lovely ! Our little boy loved her ! She was on time and very communicative we can’t wait to have her babysit again ! ”

Hi! I am just ending 8 great years as an after-school nanny and family assistant and before that 7 great years as a preschool teacher, working with kids aged 2. 5 --5. I worked within 3 classrooms, experiencing all the ages from toddlers to pre-k. I have worked with children of all ages on some level - babysitting, preschool, after-school care, summer programs and tutoring - for the past 30 years. I naturally gravitate to children and get on their level pretty easily while also maintaining the responsibility and authority a child might need when not in the care of parents. My care philosophy is very child centered and respectful, similar to the philosophies of RIE, Magda Geber and play based learning. I am available for date nights, after school and weekend care. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are read (my children's book library keeps growing), craft activities and cooking (bonus: I do the cleanup!).

Greetings! My name is Ava Alexandra (She/They) and I have been babysitting since 2019. I am a San Francisco native, multimedia artist, and community advocate who is going back to university to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Asian American Studies. I currently attend SFSU and my hobbies include painting, enjoying live music, playing dress up, and advocating for my community! In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, writing poetry, and singing karaoke. I have experience caring for children ages 1-12, picking them up from school, walking them home, or bringing them to the park for a few hours to play. I am well versed in "mother's helper" tasks such as dishwashing, cooking, laundry, light housework, and organizing. I am familiar with bedtime and bath time routines for children, ensuring they are well taken care of and happy. I enjoy working with children and providing them with the tools they need to be creative, grow strong, and be healthy! I enjoy art, fashion, and all elements of design. I love to design clothing and sew. Some of my interests include painting, watching anime, and playing Nintendo Switch games. Please book me at least 24 hours in advance. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hope to be in touch soon. :)

“Ava has been extremely sweet with my daughter, getting her ready and taking her to school in the morning while I'm in Zoom meetings and then helping me with some mommy's helper stuff around the house. She's making my life a lot easier! 🙏🥰”
