Hi! My name is Ryan. I am 22 years old and I am currently an undergraduate student at Cal State Fullerton for my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am offering child care and pet care! I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with over two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy techniques to help kids build new skills, reach their goals, and improve daily behaviors in a clinic or home setting. This work has taught me patience, empathy, and how to adapt to each child’s unique personality and needs.
