I have over seven years of professional childcare experience and hold a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked extensively with infants, toddlers, and school-age children, providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child’s individual needs. My experience includes supporting early developmental milestones, establishing consistent routines, and creating engaging educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I am well-versed in infant care, including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and tummy time, toddler care such as potty training, language development, and guided play, and school-age care including homework support, structured activities, and age-appropriate responsibility building. Throughout my career, I have prioritized safety, nurturing relationships, and positive guidance. I maintain open and professional communication with parents, offering regular updates on progress, behavior, and milestones. I am dependable, organized, and committed to creating a supportive environment where children can thrive.
I am a mental health therapist (LCSW) looking for part time/date night/weekends jobs to supplement my income and connect me back to the joyous work of supporting youth. I am adventurous, empathetic, responsible, and proactive. I am 30 years old and have been working with kids and pets since I was probably about 14. I have worked as an after-school nanny, completing school pickups and activities, as well as a babysitter fo a variety of ages. I worked as a mother’s-helper for a mother who had twins, supporting her with household cleaning and meals, as well as taking care of her 3 year old daughter. Previously, I worked as a behavior therapist for kids with autism and as a paraprofessional in an elementary school for kids with behavioral and developmental disabilities. Last, my most fun position was as an adventure camp counselor leading kids on various outdoor activities and camping trips. I have a lot of experience! In my free time (and if I can overlap it with work) I love to spend my time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, camping, biking, hanging in the park or walking my dog. I'm very active and love to stay busy and aim to encourage play, adventure and calm in the kiddos I work with. I also have lots of experience caring for dogs (and cats a little). Currently, I have a 7.5 year old german shephard/husky mutt and have dog-sat for many people. Last, I have a reliable car that I don't mind driving kids in to and from activities. Look forward to connecting!
“Zoe was great!”
I have been babysitting since I was ten years old! I grew up as the second oldest child with two younger siblings who I loved helping take care of. My mom has been doing in-home daycare since I was six, so I was always around kids and helping out where I could! I have nieces and a nephew, and find so much joy watching them learn and grow. I have formerly been CPR and first aide certified for adults, infants, and children - the certifications have expired, however I am happy to renew them upon request. My favorite part about being around kids is that I get to bring my inner kid out. I love being silly, playing games, singing songs, and reading stories.
“Prompt, communicative and our kiddo enjoyed having Avery here. We would have him watch our kiddo again! ”
Hi! I have extensive experience caring for children from newborns to 13-year-olds. Currently I am providing full-time care for two wonderful children. Before coming to the U.S., I also gained childcare experience in Turkey, assisting families in my community. I have a degree in Industrial Engineering, but my passion for childcare has led me to focus on supporting families and helping children grow in a safe and nurturing environment. I enjoy engaging kids in interactive and educational activities, such as storytelling, creative games, and outdoor exploration. I am also happy to assist with homework, tutoring, meal preparation, and maintaining an enjoyable routine. In addition to childcare, I offer assistance with driving, making meals, homework assistance/tutoring, and house sitting. My skills include dance, cooking & baking, teaching foreign languages, volleyball, yoga, elementary-level tutoring, engineering, and swimming/pool safety. I am a responsible, energetic, and caring sitter who prioritizes children’s safety and happiness. I look forward to supporting families and providing the best care possible!
