I currently live in Hermosa which is a little neighborhood near logan square. I am the second oldest of 5 and have a small passion for teaching children (I was a substitute teacher in my last year of undergrad). I would love to spend a few hours a week babysitting to spend more time with kids but also to gain a little more income while in law school so I am not solely relying on student loans. Looking for something more occasional/ flexible so that I still have time to do homework. I am a very active person, I love playing games (video games, board games, interactive activities like blocks, barbies, and cars) with children, I enjoy reading bedtime stories and I can be firm so making sure your child is in bed on time will be no problem at all. I respect the parent's wishes at all times and make sure to never cross any boundaries. I believe it is important for the child to feel safe with me and most importantly for the parents to trust me, so like my mom says whatever she says goes, so I hold the parents to that same standard.
