Hi.My name is Stefany, I am 31 years old, currently residing in the northwest side of Chicago. I’m currently looking for few part time morning/evenings or overnight weekend stays. Whether it’s to step out and run to get errands done, dinner with a friend, a date night with your spouse, you name it. I’m here to help! I have experience with kids as long as I can remember. Babysitting was second nature to us. Migrating from Guatemala , my mother’s specialty was babysitting but primarily teaching . However struggles came in the way , the language barrier being one of them provided me with my first job at 8 years old as a translator . . I was a bilingual / ESL teacher for 10 years and have plenty of experience working with children from ages 5 and older. I love the spontaneity and unpredictability of working with kids. I have a dog of my own and plenty of experience with animals, as I also have been a volunteer at PAWS no kill animal shelter.

Growing up my grandma owned a daycare and I would help her take care of kids and plan arts and crafts time for them. I also have recent experience over the past 2 summers of working at a stay away camp looking over multiple different age groups of kids over the age of 6 full time. After my first summer I was promoted to leader of my cabin group and have learned to keep things together, better my communication, and still keep kids happy! Pets wise, I have 3 cats and a dog so I know how to manage!
