As a good, health-aware cook, I can prep your ingredients for dinner (who doesn't need a sous chef?), or prepare the whole thing for the family, so you can come home to a hot meal, if that's what makes your life easier! I will help your aged mom remember to take her meds, be sure she doesn't fall, play scrabble with grandpa, and prep their favorite sandwich with just the right amount of butter (that's important).
