Hi, my name is Nidia. I’m offering my services as a sitter for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, dogs, and even house sitting. I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, having worked as a sitter while attending school to help pay for my education. In addition, I volunteered for several years in church for Sunday school, caring for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. I’m a mother to a 23-year-old and currently furthering my education online. For the past 19 years, I’ve worked as a medical assistant, including over eight years of experience caring for pediatric patients. I love kids! I really enjoy spending time with kids, taking care of them, attending to their needs, having fun with them mainly, as kids can really teach us so much about ourselves. I have a mechanical engineering degree from CU Boulder, and am currently a kid's ski instructor at Alpine Meadows. I also am CPR certified, have my EMT license, 200 hour yoga teaching certification, and was an ocean lifeguard for five years. Hi! My name is Lucía, I am 26 years old and I consider myself a patient, responsible, and committed person in everything I do. I study Psychology and have taken courses related to child development and behavior, which allows me to better understand children’s emotions and needs according to their age. In the future, I would love to work in therapy with children, which is why learning from them is very important to me. I also love pets, I have a dog myself who’s very anxious so I know how to deal with pers that are a little more shy or don’t trust enough at first.
