I am a 31 year old nanny originally from Colombia and I have over 8 years of experience caring for children. I have lived in the United States for the past 7 years, working as a nanny and improving my English. Taking care of kids is more than a job to me it is a true passion. I focus on creating a safe, loving, and fun environment and bring patience, creativity, kindness, and positive energy into every home. With parents permission, I like to share my culture and teaching basic Spanish to children. I have experience with children from newborns to 13 years old and have worked in both solo and nanny share positions. CPR certified and currently doing a postpartum doula course. Experience Highlights: • Aug 2021 – Apr 2023: Full-time nanny (newborn) • Apr 2023 – Jun 2024: Full-time nanny share ( 6 and 7 months old) • Jul 2024 – Apr 2025: Full-time nanny share ( 6 months old) • Jun 2025 – February 2026: Full-time nanny for twins ( 8 months old) • Apr 2026 – August 2026: Full-time nanny for a 3-year-old
“omg she's amazing. she's a good caregiver, my child got along with her so easy. I would definitely recommend her everytime. she's amazing. thank you Maria for taking care of my child. he loved you. ”
Hi, my name is Crystal! I have a bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Family Therapy. Childcare has been my primary profession for the past 10+ years. I have experience with children of all ages but have mostly worked with 1-8 year olds. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I make a great sitter because I am very observant of each child’s individual needs. I always make sure to ask parents about their parenting style, rules, and expectations so I can remain consistent with how they raise their children. I also prioritize communication with parents and guardians. I am warm, energetic, creative, and pay great attention to detail. Kids always love how silly I am with them, and I make sure that we have a great time. Despite my playful approach, I make sure children follow their parents’ rules and expectations.
I grew up in a small town in Missouri and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. I graduated with a degree in Theatre. I am the oldest in my family and took care of my younger brothers, as well as younger cousins, growing up. From age 13 through high school, I babysat for a local family who had six kids all between the ages of 7 and newborn. I taught dance through high school and my first two years of college. I taught 3-5 year olds as well as pre-teens and teenagers. I am happy to help with homework and projects or anything else they may need!
“MK was so lovely and kind. She arrived on time, the kids really enjoyed playing with her and she went above and beyond by even tidying up a bit. Great babysitter, would absolutely hire again!”
**fully vaccinated, immune as of March 20** Hey, everyone, Andrew here. As we enter the new normal, I'd love to discuss your specific childcare needs. In addition to my usual balance of comedy and care, I'm invested in the crucially important health of your family. An actor by trade, I'm also looking at a summer and fall without work or auditions, so I have more availability than usual. Don't hesitate to reach out. I have 6 years of NYC babysitting experience, and I live off the ABCD at 145th. Express trains for the win! I am background-checked and trained in CPR and First Aid, and you can get a great sense of my work from the reviews here on my profile. I'm an actor by trade and lover of yoga, animals, plants, and I'll always pay extra for guac. My goal is to have a positive impact on a family's day--and maybe a child's outlook--and I love to encourage creativity and cooperation in kids of all ages. I'm sensitive to sibling dynamics thanks to my two siblings (also searchable on here--Laura and Tommy), and I'm engaging, patient, and eager to get out to a playground, park, or library. Please note that I also request 36 hours' notice of a cancellation or shortening of a booking. After the 36 hours, I request payment in full for--at minimum--the hours originally booked. Thanks very much for your understanding! For bookings ending 10pm or later, I request a car home or money to book a car myself--since the trains get so strange late at night. Thanks immensely for considering me--I look forward to hearing from you!
“Andrew was so good with my (sometimes fussy) 5-month old! Andrew helped out for a week and was a lifesaver. He has great energy, is comfortable with infants and is a joy to be around. Highly recommend Andrew!”
Hi. My name is Lathisha and I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I have worked with kids since I was 16 and have since worked as an after school teacher, teachers assistant as well as a head teacher. I’ve idone baby sitting as well. In June of 2025 i obtained my associate degree in Early childhood education. I love working with kids because of how rewarding it is- they teach me as much as I teach them! I also a mother to two beautiful baby girls and I understand how exciting it is to watch children learn and grow from both the parent and sitter perspectives! For any reason a booking gets cancelled or you come home early I still charge for the entire time. I also require cab fare back home once a booking ends after 11:00pm.
