I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with a B.S. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, yet my passion resides in the cultivation of sustainable living and lifestyle choices through Bhakti Yoga. Recently, I have been using my Ayurvedic degree to support individuals and families to transition their kitchens to be more environmentally conscious with a local, whole foods focus. These are all activities I am open to sharing with your child(ren). Caveat: I am a strict vegetarian, so I am unable to feed or cook with meat, eggs, or fish. Yet, my child-friendly cooking skills are on point - Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, marinara with hidden vegetables, fruit salad, blueberry pancakes, just to name a few. My smile is contagious.
