Hi! My name is Katrina! š Iāve been the go-to babysitter for my family and friends for many years, and Iāve been caring for children ranging from about 5 months to 9 years old since I was a teenager. Iāve always loved being around kids, and honestly, working with them has always just come naturally to me. Iām patient, caring, dependable, and I really enjoy making kids feel comfortable, happy, and understood. I currently work as a Paraprofessional with the NYC Board of Education in Williamsburg, where I work closely with children in special education. Iāve worked one-on-one with children with ADHD, autism, developmental delays, speech disorders, and different sensory and behavioral needs. Iāve also worked with children from Pre-K through 2nd grade, so Iām very comfortable with different ages, personalities, routines, and learning styles. When I babysit, I donāt want kids to feel like theyāre just being āwatched.ā I love keeping them busy with fun, age-appropriate activities while still giving them structure and following their normal routines. Depending on your childās age and interests, we might: ⢠š¶ Sing songs and play movement games ⢠š Practice days of the week, months, letters, numbers, etc. ⢠šØ Color, do crafts, and other hands-on activities ⢠š¢ Play counting and early-learning games ⢠š Dance, listen to music, and have a little fun ⢠š Read stories and have story time ⢠š§ Bake or do simple kitchen activities (Iām actually a baking & pastry graduate!) Iām especially comfortable working with children who may need a little extra patience, structure, reassurance, or help communicating their needs. I always try to meet each child where they are and make sure they feel safe, respected, and comfortable with me. ⨠Availability: Pickups, summer days, occasional weekends, school/DOE days off, and other occasional babysitting needs. I currently have availability for Wednesdays through Fridays ! Iād love the chance to get to know your family and hopefully become someone you and your little one feel comfortable having around. š
āKatrina has been an amazing sitter to our two kids (and dog!) for many years. She's so sweet, very reliable, engaging and fun with the kids. She's thoughtful and comes up with fun activities, the kids love her and we consider her family. She is bright, warm and tidy.ā

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm originally from just outside of Boston. I am starting my Master's in School Counseling at Columbia University this fall to become a licensed elementary school counselor. I've been living in the Morningside Heights area for the past year and a half. I'm looking for a position with flexibility around my class schedule. I've been babysitting, working with, and volunteering with children since I was a teenager. I have experience caring for children of different ages, and I really enjoy getting to know each child's personality and interests. I'd love to find a family I can work with consistently throughout the school year!
Hi! My name is Xarializ, and Iām a warm, patient, and reliable caregiver with a genuine passion for supporting families. I have 1ā2 years of hands-on experience working with infants as well as toddlers with special needs and disabilities. Those experiences have taught me to be attentive, nurturing, and adaptable to each childās unique needs. **Services I Offer** I provide child care, senior companionship, and pet care. My goal is always to make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for the people (and pets!) I work with. Iāve cared for infants, helping with feeding, soothing, developmental play, and establishing routines. I also have meaningful experience working with toddlers with special needs, where Iāve supported sensory play, communication development, and gentle structure. I enjoy activities like creative play, reading, outdoor walks, and simple crafts. Iām comfortable helping with homework, basic tutoring, meal prep, and providing a calm, structured environment. I also stay informed about safety practices and child-development approaches, and I take pride in being a dependable, supportive presence for little ones. I have experience offering non-medical senior care, including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and driving to appointments or errands. I enjoy providing support because I genuinely value kindness, patience, and helping seniors feel safe, respected, and cared for. I absolutely love animalsāespecially cats! I have experience caring for a variety of pets and Iām comfortable with different breeds and temperaments. I can help with walking, feeding, playing, litter box cleaning, and giving your fur babies lots of attention. Iām also comfortable with larger animals and pets that shed. Cat sitting is something I especially enjoy because I love their personalities, their routines, and the calm, cozy energy they bring to a home. Overall, I bring compassion, responsibility, and a positive attitude to every job. I genuinely enjoy building trust and making sure the families and pets I care for feel supported and understood.
