Hi! I'm Tessa and I am entering my second year studying education at Walsh University! I've been babysitting for about six years, and during that time I've had the opportunity to care for children of different ages. I really enjoy spending time with kids and doing my best to make sure they feel safe, supported, and have fun while they're with me. Babysitting has taught me to be patient, responsible, and dependable, and I always try to treat every family with the same care and respect that I would want for my own. I've also had a dog for most of my life, so I'm very comfortable caring for pets and understand the responsibility that comes with it. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or just keeping them company, I'm happy to help however I can! I'm also more than willing to help out with light household tasks if needed! What makes me a good caregiver is having fun and building connections with the one’s I will supervise. I have two dogs and also a baby cousin that I would babysit A-LOT so i would say that i am experienced in caregiving for infants/toddlers, pets, and possibly seniors. I am also a very clean person so the family will not have to worry about coming back home to a mess. I chose this because I feel like I have a connection with babies I just love them, and also pets.

I have no professional experience I’ve only ever taken care of my little siblings, my own daughter and I’ve helped friends babysit over the years i’ve babysat kids from ages newborn-10 years old and I help my mother raise my little siblings the oldest is 10 and the youngest is 1.5 years old.
