I have current First Aid and CPR. For children, I m a grandmother and enjoy the ages and stages. I am able to help with homework, basic meal preparation. Problem solving and accountability. As a female, infants are something we deal with off snd on throughout life. For seniors, I m a friend and assistant. I have cared for a husband who was down for 4 years. Mostly looking to provide respite care. Or 1-2 half days/ week. Housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Prefer cats over dogs, due to size and rambunctious nature. Hello! I have been working with children for over 15 years! My first job in high school was as a nanny and tutor, and I then went on to be an instructor and program director on Catalina Island. Here instructed kids from 3rd grade - 12th grade in Biology and History in accordance with the California State Curriculum. Afterwards I got my degree in Teaching and History from Azusa Pacific University where I logged over 200 hours of in-class experience. After college I worked as a nanny and tutor in California, Madrid, London, and Australia for children aged 0 - 21 (with special needs). I have experience working with families of all different backgrounds and languages, as well as tutoring kids with learning disabilities and special needs (specifically Autism and Dyslexia). I am very active and like to take kids on walks, to the zoo, to the park, and play lots of games. Hello 😊! My name is Jaclyn I am brand new to UrbanSitter! I am a 21 year old mom to my first child. I have lots of experience with handling baby’s and toddlers from many ages! I come from a big family of 13! So I enjoy everything from taking care of kids to taking care of pets/animals. In addition, I do have a nonnegotiable for having to bring my child with me. She is a very sweet three month old baby who mostly sleeps all day and would not interfere with me taking care of/ watching over your child. I used to be full time associate at In n Out Burger in Keizer! I am very used to and can handle chaotic environments. They do not bother me in the slightest! But since having my baby girl I am needing to drop down to part time and or hoping to quit soon, sticking to just babysitting/part time nanny. Qualifications: Child care experience CPR certified Food handlers permit With me I also will always do house cleaning that comes with NO extra charge! :) I believe it should be a basic requirement for when being a babysitter/nanny. I know how relaxing it can be to come to a clean home! Side note: please be specific with me if you would NOT like me to clean a place in the home or would prefer me to leave stuff alone! :)
