I was a nanny for a family of 3 beautiful baby girls. Olivia (3-6), Gabby (1-3), and Izzy (4 months-2) so I have plenty of experience with children. I also babysat for another family that has 3 children - two girls, one boy, same ages as the previous family. The third family I provide date night services for has two wonderful children - 9 year old boy and 5 year old baby girl. The fourth family I occasionally babysat for have 3 beautiful children - 5 year old girl, 2 year old baby boy, and 1 year old baby boy. Growing up I always wanted to watch my younger siblings and cousins and surround myself with babies. I have a giant heart so when I babysit I end up loving the children like they are my own and care about them tremendously. I would love the opportunity to meet your babies!

I also stayed over-night and some weekends as needed for the 2 families I nannied, when the parents were gone for work trips, vacation, etc. My way of childcare is to encourage children to learn and grow with confidence building activities, arts & crafts, outdoor activities, parks, libraries, and more. Any discipline needed/done was discussed with the parents, but I have a gentle approach to discipline. For example, if the child is having a tantrum or getting upset with another sibling or situation, I will sit with the child to be at their level instead of above, listen and try to understand how they are feeling, and help get through the moment with love and patience; never any yelling or aggression. Sometimes all a child needs is to be heard. Any disrespect or aggression from the child is met with authoritative discipline and love. I built and maintained a positive relationships with the children and parents through excellent communication, respect and love as human beings, not just because it’s my job!
