If you're looking for a weekend getaway, a night out, or even a last minute call-in, i'm your guy. Even when it seems like I might not have the time, my schedule is made to prioritize your home, your children, your pets, and most importantly: YOU. I usually work with kids aged 5-12, but I've never been known to shy away from working with new ages. So as long as you'd tell me everything I should know, I can get the job done. No kids, no problem! If you need a pet sitter, house sitter, or just a clean house then im still the right call to make. I'm experienced with pets, and know my way around a broom. I have 25 plus years of experience caring/teaching children and managing a home. Besides raising three children of my own, I have also taught swimming lessons for 20 summers, substitute taught, homeschooled, cared for twins, managed diabetes, am CPR/AED/First Aid certified, Newborn Care Specialist cert, Birth and Postpartum Doula certs, held live-in and live-out positions in the MD, VA, DC area, and have excellent references. I enjoy taking children on fun outings to the zoo, library, parks, museums, live music, puppet shows, feed the ducks, etc. I am also very active and play or have played most sports. In addition to having fun with the children, I am very educational minded and I teach them at all stages of development--sitting, walking, talking, ABC's, numbers, colors, shapes, reading, manners, respect, thankfulness, kindness, sharing, etc. Kids love me and I love them!
