Hello, my name is Alona. I am a Mother of four and have over 20 year's experience with children. In addition to raising and homeschooling my children, I was a licensed foster parent for 3 years, I served as the Girl Scout leader for my children's troop in 2[removed]. I currently work as the children's church teacher at my church, work part time at The Boys and Girls Club and volunteer volleyball coach upper elementary and middle school girls. I have facilitated several children's programs in Snohomish County through Millennia Ministries as well. I really enjoy cooking, cleaning, taking care of babies and children and just all things domestic. In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking and event planning. I adore children and have two boys myself which I feel is enough for me. I enjoy playing with them especially under 5 when they are cute and fun. But at the end at the day, I would prefer to return to their parents. I can be gentle yet firm for children that like to test boundaries- it allows me to be creative, playful and enjoy seeing their little wheels spinning when I interact with them. In addition, I like pets, but my household have allergy to pet dander so this is one way I can get my baby/ pet fix without having to raise them.
