I have returned to full-time, school-based work as a Certified Behavior Technician, and I’m passionate about helping children grow into confident, curious, and independent individuals. 🌱 As a caretaker, I love creating a calm, playful, and creative environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, express themselves, and build independence at their own pace. I believe meaningful growth happens through everyday experiences—spending time outdoors, connecting with the community, trying new things, being creative, and having a trusted adult nearby to offer encouragement and support. I am trauma-informed and BLS- and CPR-certified, and I bring patience, compassion, and thoughtful care to every family I work with. Although my professional background as a Certified Behavior Technician informs the care I provide, I do not offer CBT or any other in-home behavioral therapy or services through this platform or any other. When caring for your family member, I am working specifically in the role of a nanny or caretaker. I simply draw on my experience and training to provide informed, compassionate, and attentive care. My current availability is Fridays beginning at 1:45 p.m., as well as all day Saturdays and Sundays. I’m a current CNA who was licensed six years ago. I’m also a student in the RN program. Additionally, I’ve been working as a substitute Para Educator at schools from elementary to high school. Since the New Year of 2024, I’ve gained valuable experience and was promoted to an official unlicensed Behavioral Technician. Growing up in a family of seven, with myself being the second oldest, I had ample experience babysitting my siblings. I’ve also nannied for friends and family for quite some time now.
