I like to get outdoors and explore the parks and beaches Tacoma has to offer, as well work on art projects. I have worked in all age classrooms and youth of all ages. Being a mom of four means being on your toes, and knowing each child is different. I have current CPR and first aid credentials and used to working with youth. I have been a girl scout leader the past 9 years and I love dogs.

Hello! I babysat with an agency through most of college. My assignments ranged between ages 14 months to 9 years. I have the most experience with ages 18 months to 4 years, but I love babies and would love to keep building my skills with infants. In high school, I occasionally babysat an infant, toddler, and preschooler over the course of about two years. I really enjoy spending time with little ones and getting to help them develop their skills. I’m Dennise!  I’m an a country gal (Palmdale, CA) whose also an accountant, public relations communicator, Council carrier.  A mother (3 - grown-ups), grandmother of 3, avid reader, story teller, writer, gardener, lover of nature and animals, and yes little people (children).  I’ve worked concession as a parent volunteer in Girl Scouts, at the Ventura Fairgrounds for a dinosaur exhibition, an interactive promotional tour at Six Flags to rollout GoTarts. Manning children’s events at trade shows, and company picnics throughout Georgia, California and Washington.  Great at multi tasking, story time, outdoor activities and helping little people to see their world and themselves in imaginative and creative way. I used to be a helicopter parent, that 3rd one at 35 slowed my roll!! Now I just love to see the babes that belong to someone else!
