My name is Evie and I am a student at WWU. In high school, I had the best job at the YMCA for 2 years for elementary age kids. I also have been babysitting for 4 years. I have two bunnies, a hamster, a parakeet, and a fish at home so I am experienced at taking care of many different critters, as well as cats and dogs! I am open to many kinds of work such as babysitting, any kind of pet watching/walking, house sitting, and running errands.
I adore children and have two boys myself which I feel is enough for me. I enjoy playing with them especially under 5 when they are cute and fun. But at the end at the day, I would prefer to return to their parents. I can be gentle yet firm for children that like to test boundaries- it allows me to be creative, playful and enjoy seeing their little wheels spinning when I interact with them. In addition, I like pets, but my household have allergy to pet dander so this is one way I can get my baby/ pet fix without having to raise them.
Hi! I'm Sara, a mom with over 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to 18-year-olds. I offer babysitting, errand-running, and house-sitting services, and I truly enjoy spending time with kids. In my free time, I love working out, swimming, reading my Bible, and going for walks. I also have more than 10 years of experience in healthcare and have received CPR training multiple times. Caring for children has always been a passion of mine, as I find joy in nurturing their curiosity and watching them grow. My experience ranges from babysitting for family and friends to volunteering in community programs, where I learned the importance of patience and creativity in engaging young minds. As a parent myself, I have a deeper appreciation for the challenges and rewards of raising a child. This personal journey has only strengthened my commitment to providing a supportive and loving environment for all children in my care, fostering their development and helping them flourish.
Hey! I am Joyce and am 34 years old originally from Brazil. Currently, I work as a Mental Health Therapist in a school based program (elementary school). I have a strong background in childcare and child development. In Brazil, I spent two years working at a bilingual school with children aged 3 to 24 months. I also worked as an au pair for two years, caring for children from 3 months to kindergarten age. Additionally, I have experience in a clinical setting, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum, ranging from 2 to 10 years old. Currently, I provide mental health services to children in elementary schools. Working with children is my passion—I love seeing them grow, develop, and thrive. I am currently looking for occasional opportunities as a nanny. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking, visiting parks. I also love reading. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I look forward to meeting you! Joyce
Hello! My name is Frances and I am a creative and fun-loving person who has a lot of experience working with children of all ages in various capacities. I started my childcare journey by helping to raise my little sister who is ten years younger than me and I've continued to grow as a childcare professional through adulthood. I've worked as a camp counselor at the Woodland Park Zoo where I was responsible for many children at once, I've volunteered as a creative writing teacher at an elementary school, and one of my greatest accomplishments is becoming a Certified Behavior Technician and working six months implementing and running treatment plans and therapeutic intervention designed by ABA therapists for children with autism of various ages (ages three to sixteen). I cook and clean, I'm CPR/First Aid certified, I love pets, and I have a safe car and a clean driving record. I am a molecular biology student at UW and I currently work part time as a Phlebotomist with the hopes of attending medical school in the future. I'd love to chat more about your needs and how I can best support your family!
