I am a parent of 3 children. Now 25, 20 and 15 years of age. I loved every age range! I was a high school teacher for over 20 years. I thoroughly care for my students of all backgrounds and easily establish connections with my students. I've also hosted families with Safe Families of Milwaukee. In this capacity my family would host children while mothers/parents were able to get back on their feet. We've hosted children with ages ranging from 2 to 11 years of age. I’ve been at this job since October and absolutely love working with children and making a difference in their lives. I’m also a student at Milwaukee Area Technical College studying to get my Human Services associates degree. Growing up I had younger siblings who are 5+ years younger than me who I helped take care of as-well. If animal care is needed I can do that as long as properly instructed.
