I've been living in the US for about seven years now and I came here after I took Early childhood education classes for 4 years in Brazil. I was an AuPair in California, living for 2 years with an amazing host family and taking care of their sweet little 2 months old baby. After I finished the program, I moved in with my husband that lives here in Az, and I've been a nanny ever since! I love working with kids - specially newborns, infants and toddlers. I've worked for around 10 families here in Az, all of them would be happy to talk to future families as references. I like working with gently parenting methods, with a lot of talking, respect and love. I do not feel comfortable working in an environment that has any kind of negative (psychological, physical or verbal) behavior towards children.
