I am kind, a hard worker, and detail oriented. I love to sing and dance and enjoy going to the mall. I love helping people and doing the best that I can for them. I have experience with different age groups from infants to the elderly. I used to work as a substitute teacher back in Miami, FL. I have taken care of children and the elderly such as my family, patients, and friends. I am willing to do whatever to help lighten the load for you and your family.

She was available on upon short notice, was very attentive with my child, and cleaned my kitchen , even though it was not required! Shes very nice as well as ask lots of important questions prior to sitting! I recommend her 100%, i will be asking her to sit again 💕

My backpack is packed like I’m heading into a tiny human wilderness: stickers, Band-Aids, emergency fruit snacks, a mini first-aid kit, and three read-aloud books I swap based on who’s having a big-feelings day. I keep mental files on birthdays, food allergies, and which stuffed animal is non-negotiable at bedtime. I can negotiate tooth-brushing like a UN diplomat and I’ll absolutely call broccoli “dinosaur trees” if it gets one more bite in. Craft time is my happy place, but I’m just as good at couch-cushion forts, backyard bug safaris, and turning spelling words into treasure hunts. I text parents photo updates, stick to the routine, and I always leave the kitchen cleaner than I found it. Babysitting isn’t just my job. It’s where my patience, creativity, and ability to handle chaos all make sense.

$27 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Peoria, AZ

Hello my name is Valeria. I speak Italian, Spanish and English, and I have over 10 years of experience working as a nanny/ night nanny I’m currently employed by a family where I care for two boys, ages 2 and 4 but my contract will end soon and I have already found another family but I would love to add an extra one if possible.

Valeria is great! She’s patient, caring, but still clearly in charge. I know my children are safe with her and my 3 young kids LOVE her. I trust her to keep them safe and happy. My 5 yr old is a stubborn little dude and she has such a way of getting him to behave all the while having a great time. I’m not sure hope she does it. I’m chalking it up to a magic touch :)

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
