Hello Families! I am new here. My name is Stephanie. I am 24 years old. A little bit about me and what sets me apart from others is that I have learned to provide care to children of all ages growing up. I love being around kids and engaging them in fun activities that contribute to their learning and development. My mom was a single mother with custody of my nieces and nephews growing up which is where I learned so much about kids. She is also a housekeeper, so I have learned a lot on how to clean and keep a tidy organized place. I also have a brother with autism and I have had the opportunity of working 1-1 with him and even learning so much along the way with him. He has taught me so much about communication, patience and understanding. Through working with him is how I obtained my CPR certification as well and decided to expand my knowledge by enrolling in a childhood development course at butte college. I have loved every part of learning the importance of childcare and childhood development/growth. I am happy to share that I have worked with special needs since 2018. I enjoy taking care of children and I am excited to hopefully get in contact with you. I hope that I align with your expectations and needs. Hello!! My name is Amara! I am 19 years old. I have years of experience with children of all ages. I am looking to become a babysitter or nanny. I work as a caregiver as well as a para educator at a local elementary school. My younger brother has autism so i have experience with special needs.
