Hi, I am Kuralay and I’m 26! I’ve been around kids my all life but I began working professionally 8 years ago as a part-time babysitter, then early child educator, then au pair and now a nanny/babysitter. Throughout these 8 years, I’ve been responsible for many different things, such as active playing, indoor-outdoor activities, meal preparations, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bath time, bed time, teaching languages (English, Kazakh, Russian, Spanish), tutoring (math, sciences), art lessons (drawing, sewing, papercrafts, embroidery, clay art, many more), swimming lessons, international traveling assistance and many more. I am skilled in many things and can cater to the family’s specific needs. Children, whom I got the honor of getting to know, often grew up to be diverse, having interests in reading, drawing, photography, sewing and being creative in general. I view every child as a unique individual and feel always honored to be a part of their life when they are gaining their first impressions of this big beautiful life. My main “talent” is my sincere and attentive care for each and every child I take care of (I still keep in touch with a lot of kids I have previously cared). I love encouraging a child’s natural curiosity. And I believe that everything in a child’s development is connected - when a child feels emotionally secure, it supports physical growth and cognitive development, and each area strengthens the others in return. Because of this, I try to create an environment where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to grow.
When it comes to professionalism, I am responsible, reliable, organized and punctual. Managing multiple other commitments, I know to respect others’ time. Respect, honesty, and kindness is what I carry and expect in return.
