Hello everybody! My name is Malia and I graduated with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences in 2018. I worked at an infant/toddler daycare for a year and a half prior to the daycare closing due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I was then a nanny for 5 1/2 years for the same family who eventually ended up having 3 children during that time period so I have experience watching multiple children from both of those jobs. I took some time off work because I had my own child who is currently 7 months old and I’ve been searching for work, ideally with a family who wouldn’t mind me bringing my daughter seeing as I’m her only source of care at this moment. Along with working with children, I also have experience working with older individuals as well as those who use mobility aids due to my time caring for my father after his stroke where he transitioned from using a wheelchair to now being able to use a walker.
