Hi, my name is Janneth I am easy going, intuitive, and responsible. I am also a mom to a smart and curious 10 year old. I have a lot of experience working with newborns, toddlers, and teenagers. In my day to day life I wear many hats mom, wife, manager, big sister, and care taker to many students. I work in higher ed and have been working specifically in student services for the past 5 years. I have experience working with students from diverse racial and socio-economic backgrounds. Before that, I spent 2 years teaching English to children aged 5-10. I started babysitting at a young age for my family and neighbors and have been taking care of children ever since. After having my son, I took a break from work to focus on his care, but now that he is older and more independent, I am able to return to babysitting and work with other families.

I graduated with a degree in design, which has fueled my creativity and nurtured my ability to engage children in imaginative and enriching activities. With over five years of babysitting experience and a close-knit family dynamic, including caring for my three energetic nephews, I've honed my skills in fostering a safe, fun, and loving environment for kids. Hello! I have years of experience caring for children from infants to school age. I have experience with daily routines (feedings, nap, and play time), transport to school and activities, organizing games and activities that meet their needs and interest, and communicating closely with parents to provide an overall positive environment. I currently work in the field of ABA within the elementary school setting, supporting children with developmental/learning disabilities, but I’m looking to work with a great family on my free time (after school hours, during school closures, occasional weekends).
