Hey there! My name is Julieanne professionally I am a MA, phlebotomist, Certified Home Health Aide and BT (behavioral therapist). I am offering childcare, senior care, pet care as well as household services. Personally, I am a mom of 5 boys. My oldest is 13 and my youngest is 7 months. I have been a stay at home mom off and on throughout their lives as two of my kids have special needs. Not only do I have personal experience with caring for children but I also have professional experience. I was an BT (behavioral therapist) for quite some time before having to commit my time and attention to my family for personal reasons. Professionally I have 5 years of experience caring for people with mental and physical disabilities. We did everything from community activities, dr appointments, meal prep, laundry to watching movies and playing board games. As for pets, pets have been a part of my life since I was young. I’ve cared for everything from hamsters, cats and dogs to snakes, turtles and bearded dragons. I’m an animal lover furry or scaley. I love being a mom and caring for kids/people comes naturally for me. I’ve done community outreach work with my previous church and grew up feeding the homeless. I would say that taking care of others runs in my blood. I believe in play based learning for little kids and I incorporate sensory activities into play time as well. In my downtime I spend my time with my family, going to movies and crafting (crochet and sewing). Hi! My name is Linda. I love kids and they love me.We always have the best time! I turn most everything into a joke, game or story. I bring games and toys they don't have including cards. About 11 years ago I realized I missed working with children. I raised two amazing daughters myself and had a successful daycare in my home when my youngest was little. Kids are love, joy and curiosity. Who wouldn't want to be surrounded by that? Helping little people become big people is so rewarding and comical. I truly enjoy how their minds interpret the world around them. It is a joy and a privilege taking care of them. I have taken care of several Autistic boys, and one Downs syndrome boy. Kids are kids. We go to the parks, museums, movies, Pump It Up, Safari Run, Chuck E. Cheese,Rock and Jump, La Petite Playhouse, Coyote Point, libraries, classes, fairs, parties, and anything else that sounds fun. Indoors we play with trains, cars, games, I Pads,play dough and balloons. We paint, color, watch videos, read, exercise, do puzzles, indoor rides and use lots of imagination.
