Hi, my name is Paul. I have over 30 years experience caring for infants and toddlers. I first began by working with children in a family daycare setting and have continued to provide childcare in many ways including proving transportation and in home care. Currently i provide transportation to and from school and extra curricular activities for children of all ages, and can provide excellent references from their families, upon request. Additionally, I run the church nursery on Sunday mornings and care for a a 9 month old on an on call basis. I'm the most conscientious and reliable person you will ever meet. I can adhere to a background check or anything else you desire I am open to watching your child or children either in your home or mine. I can provide reliable transportation in that I have a 2017 vehicle. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a classic car museum where I provide tours and drive visitors so they can experience the classic cars first hand. Caring for children has always been a passion of mine. I truly enjoy contributing to their development as well as learning from them in the process. My schedule is extremely flexible and I can be available at a moments notice. I look forward to assisting you and your family in anyway you may need.

Paul was great with our 14 month old girl. She warmed up to him very fast and had a great time reading books and playing with him.

Janiece 1 review
Los Angeles
$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Los Angeles, CA

Hi! My name is Janiece, and I would love to help take care of your little ones. I have a genuine passion for working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. With experience in teaching and a bilingual background in Spanish, I enjoy helping children learn and grow through play and engaging activities. I also love to sing, dance, and play dress-up—your kids and I are bound to have a blast unleashing our creativity! Whether we’re baking cookies, cooking up fun meals, or diving into a world of imagination, I’m all about making sure every moment is enjoyable and memorable. I used to work at the YMCA daycare and summer camp for three years. Going on explorations to the park, swimming classes, and other outdoor outings like movie theatre, and shopping runs. We would also have creative freedom time such as coloring, building, and science experiments. But would also stay in the facility working with newborns and toddlers. I then transitioned to helping high school students, helping with homework, and class work. I currently am an assistant art teacher. Helping with 3d art and sculpture. As well as creating schematics in architectural design. In some cases I also sit one on one helping students with presentations, papers, attire, and verbal communication. I’d be honored to support your family by bringing positivity, patience, and a touch of fun to your home.

Janiece did great with our toddler and did a ton of activities while we needed care. She was reliable, kind, and flexible when we were running behind and needed to add more time. I would rebook 100%.

Tiffany 1 review
Los Angeles
$27 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Tiffany, I’m currently a college student studying Health Science. I offer babysitting, nannying and pet care services. I’ve been working with children for over 11 years, including experience as a daycare assistant and babysitting kids of all ages(Newborns - Teenagers). I truly love creating a safe, nurturing, warm, and fun environment where kids can learn, grow, and just be themselves. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I also have experience caring for children with special needs, including autism, aspergers and ADHD. I’m patient, adaptable, and always try to meet each child’s individual needs. I speak Korean fluently and have some knowledge of Spanish and Japanese, which helps me connect with a variety of families. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, creative activities like crocheting and pottery, and music (I play bass guitar!). I love incorporating crafts, outdoor time, and fun learning activities into my childcare style. I’m happy to help with things like playtime, schedule building, homework, light housekeeping/meal prep, and keeping routines on track. If you have pets I also don't mind pets of any species and size. I became a caregiver because I genuinely enjoy supporting children’s development and being a positive, reliable presence in their lives. Being told "You're the BEST babysitter/nanny ever" brings me so much joy, so I strive to achieve that with every family. I look foward to hearing from you and your family!

Tiffany has been caring for my daughter since she was born. As a premature baby, she required extra attention, and Tiffany was incredibly attentive and quick to learn all of Kaylee's unique needs. Over the years, she's continued to support her growth and development. Kaylee is now 12, and Tiffany has been a consistent, trusted presence in her life.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
